Island Arts Ticket Sales Policy

As of April 20, 2022

  • Tickets can be purchased online through the Island Arts website or at the local ticket outlet locations listed below.
  • Online ticketing service incurs a small transaction processing fee when checking out.
  • Online purchasers receive a ticket confirmation by email which constitutes the ticket for event entry, to be presented at the door either in paper form or viewable on a smart device.
  • Online ticket purchases can be gifted to others by forwarding the ticket confirmation to the receiving individual.
  • All ticket sales are final unless the event or performance is cancelled by Island Arts.
    • If an event or performance is cancelled with a rescheduled date, then the originally purchased ticket will be good for the rescheduled event or performance. No refunds will be offered for events or performances that are rescheduled.
    • If an event or performance is cancelled with no alternate date, a refund will be issued less any transaction processing fees.
  • If you cannot attend an event or performance due to illness or change of plans, you may gift your tickets to family or friends. Up to 24 hours before the start of an event, you may contact us for possible other options.
  • If you have set up an Island Arts Account, you can log in and access a copy of your online ticket sales receipt at any time prior to the scheduled event. You can also see the history of all your online ticket purchases for this season.
