Celebrate the arrival of the Summer Solstice!  Join Kim Muncil as we acknowledge the time of year when we are blessed with the energy of light, warmth, and long days.  To begin, participants will be guided with some gentle movement and breath work to prepare the body for stillness. Then they will lie on their yoga mat or sit in a chair and let the sounds of the gong wash over them. The gong can trigger a very deep relaxing experience as the body resonates with the frequency of the gong. The session will end with a short meditation to set an intention for this energetic and beautiful time of year.  Limited yoga mats will be available so bring one if you have one.
