They communicate in a clear and respectful way; and when they speak, people listen.  And just as important, how do we communicate with ourselves and why is it so crucial to living a joyful life?

Join Kim and Bob Muncil for this interactive, fun, and practical series on Conscious Communication.  The classes will be informative and educational, and you’ll leave with tools to help your communication skills as well as gain a deeper awareness of your relationships with others and yourself.  Kim is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor who is trained in Conscious communication.   Bob is a Certified Recovery Coach, Meditation Instructor and Yin Yoga Instructor.
